Fandom Snowflake Challenge: Day 3

Day 3:

In your own space, share a favorite piece of original canon (a TV episode, a song, a favorite interview, a book, a scene from a movie, etc) and explain why you love it so much.

My whole "getting back into the swing of fannish things" process is, of course, making me remember all the things I adore about HP fandom. But I'm also remembering how much I LOVE LOVE LOVE Tin Man (tiny fandom that it was and microscopic fandom that it must be by now). So. Much. LOVE! ♥

The entire thing is just chock-full of great moments. My personal favorites? Pretty much any interaction between Cain and Glitch or Raw and Glitch. So much chemistry, gah! (Seriously, Cain/Glitch is one sidestep away from being canon, what with all the "Good morning, Sweetheart" and "Wanna dance?" and "issues with masculinity" and so forth. Fanservice? What fanservice?)

Also, the soundtrack? Is amazing. You can hear the opening theme here. One of the top all-time great TV/fantasy themes, as far as I'm concerned. If it doesn't give you chills and make you at least a little bit excited about the show, there might be something wrong with you. ;)

I'm also going to cheat and share something that is kind of a combo of canon and fanwork. A fanvid someone made years ago that shows a lot of great moments/clips from the series. It's Glitch-centric, and the song they've chosen is just hilariously perfect for the character. If you're familiar with the character, you will get a laugh or two out of this. Glitch: Don't Fix It.
